The trip plan to Penang with college friends failed, but now I was going there with my family. This 2 days 1 night trip is organised by Pearl Holiday travel agency, costs RM198 includes 3 meal, transportation costs, accommodation and some related ticket. It's quite interesting to hear so many stories and jokes from the tourist guide, but rush in visiting those places of attraction.
The few days before this trip, I was sicked....fever, cough, cold, sore throat...all in one package!!! Luckily, I am still able to stand and walk, and go play >.< Most time of this trip is about sitting in the bus and travel, so I am feel like I have go for trip of many days...hehe~

Conclusively, all these not that tasty, it's so so only, the most delicious is the fried tofu
obviously I am bored....take picture is my entertainment in the bus...

When you are in the state of Kedah -- State of Paddy, paddy fields are all around you!
During this period, you can see a wide greeny paddy field, but I hope to see the yellow ripe paddy more >.<
#1 Muzium Padi
RM3 entrance ticket which is paid by travel agency
RM2 for taking pictures, but I didn't pay this and curi-curi take photos XD
There are only 4 of this kind museum in the whole world, and Malaysia is one of the lucky country
The main selling point and attraction of this museum is the huge drawing by
numerous Malaysian and Korean drawers within 6 months
It is been treated as one of the Malaysia nation treasure, a drawing illustrate the
view of paddy fields in across different times
You will be sitting on a rotating area with chairs so that you can view the
drawing which is paste around the wall.....it's so 3D and real infront of you!
#2 Gunung Keriang 水晶山
a mountain located opposite the Muzium Padi, being known as crystal hill...
I guess there's crystal inside this mountain??
All the girls and women love shopping and love crystal~
They all busy bargaining for the price and looking for a favourite jewel

I don't know whether these are true crystal, but it's nice to be jewel =)
Different colour of crystal bring different meanings, pink is for relationship while purple strengthen you memory, and last but not least 辟邪
heading to the Penang Bridge....there's traffic jam here,
took us about 45 minutes to cross this
#3 Gurney Drive Hawker Centre
there's over 100 food stalls here
you can find many types of food here and many peoples
you have to wait for unoccupy tables adn queue for long line to get the tasty foods
Char Kuey Teow here is fried with big and fresh prawns ****
Fried oyster here is famous with its tastiness and long queue *****
Wantan Mee is not much different with kl **
#4 Gurney Walk
a long walk full with people, relaxing, flying mini kite, blowing bubbles....
It's been saying that here is the ideal dating place for most of the couples
you can enjoy the night view along, though it's not comparable to that in Hong Kong
you also can find some mini stall selling toys and souvenirs here
#5 Gurney Plaza
I think it's funny when you visit shopping mall on your trip...
because shopping mall is everywhere and not worth to occupy your trip time
....but I am here also =.=
Here is been saying the most popular shopping mall on the island
to me, it's quite similar as Bangsar Village, selling all branded and expensive goods
The first day ended by check in the hotel at almost 11pm. I am sharing my room with my sister only, some may think it's good as sharing only with one person, but to me it's scary~ This is the first time I am staying in hotel room with only one person, sleep on own single bed comfortably...I feel insecure till I can't fall asleep =.= I really miss the time I squeeze on a bed with few friends!
